German medium-sized companies form the backbone of the German economy. Over the past years, an increasing number of medium-sized companies have chosen to issue bonds on the capital market in order to procure liquidity. The medium-sized company bond segment continues to enjoy high market demand in 2013.
SGMF’s fund managers invest in different specific medium-sized company bonds, including for institutional investors, and anticipate positive performance due to the continued phase of low interest rates. Steubing AG launched the SGMF.
